I can not express enough how amazing Ginger is!!! I had such a bad experiance with a realtor (from a different company) for our first house so I was scared to even get a realtor again. I got matched with Ginger through zillow to see a property and thank God I did. She is such an amazing person and made everything go so easy for us. She dedicaded whole days to us as we went and saw multiple properties the same day. She was on top of everything all the time and we even got to close early! She even gave us a cake for closing on our 2nd property. She is such a sweethear and I can't wait to work with her again!!!

Making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” and stressed , having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I’m not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and she was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what she had learned about me. I truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, IMO, it is crucial to keep those around that do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but she is really focused on making sure im satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, for a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Ginger Sanders went above and beyond (as I’m positive she does with all of her clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout. Not only a realtor that cares but we became great friends through this process..I can't thank you enough..

Ginger was extraordinary throughout the whole process of buying a house. My husband is military so we had a different schedule every week and she was always ready for us when we had time to go look at houses. She also helped us a lot with her knowledge of what neighborhoods were nice and close to what we needed, as we moved from a different state and didn’t know the area. She stayed up late many nights to do everything she could to get us the house we wanted. She was by our side throughout everything and her experience was greatly appreciated as we’re young and don’t know everything. This was our second time going through the process of buying a house and it was a lot less stressful than our first thanks to her great communication. Aside from all the house buying stuff Ginger is just awesome in general. She always showed up with a smile and made our day brighter. We could have a laugh about anything but also talk any serious questions or concerns with her. She made buying a house in a crazy market with a tight schedule feel like a breeze. We’ll definitely go to her with anything house related and recommend her to anyone who will listen.

Ginger was assigned to us from Zillow and although we had never met her before, we were treated like family and will consider Ginger family from here on out. She is the ONLY realtor that we will ever work with in the future and we could not have been luckier than to have been connected with her. Ginger was amazing every step of the way, from helping us find our dream home to putting in the work at the negotiating table and ensuring we got as much bang for our buck as possible, all the way to showing up at closing to make sure we weren't lost in the paperwork of it all.
